The Artist Talk-1 largely was about Tom's experience during the course of filming the movie ' Ocean of an Old Man', which was shot in Andaman and Nicobar islands, one of the worst affected areas during the Tsunami. It was the poetics of the movie and the trauma inflicted by the earthquake dominated the conversation, though techinacilities of film-making were also discussed. For us students, along with taking back home some fond memories of the wonderful person Tom is, his passion and zest to dedicate a life-time to arts contaminated our souls forever! :)
